DREAMS PARADISE AIRPORT RESIDENCY

Hotel is a good value option near to the airport and they offer a complimentary drop to airport.

Quality of linen and towels could have been better.

I have two children , 13 and 9 year olds respectively, So I booked a family suite in which they provide 4 beds. Rooms and washrooms are very clean with all required amenities.Location is very close to the airport in just 2 min. The staff and desk manager were very good.

Worst experience water got stopped during taking shower and came with family, please imagine. They offered me to take bath in nearby hotel, bathroom not cleaned and intercom not working and staffs are poor. Only advantage is close to airport and thats the reason i made spoil myself. This is highly not recommendable.

I did not take any food there; had to order from nearby restaurants

Had to pay for water provided to the room

Family suite was comfortable and spacious

Front desk should be more professional and responsive. No coffee sachets and milk packets in room

Ideally placed next to the airport. There is no restaurant in the hotel but there are several within walking distance. We were only there for a few hours, the staff are friendly and helpful and there is a free shuttle service to the airport.

Great correspondence before arrival. Easy pick up service from airport took less than 5 minutes toget to us. Check-in was quick and easy. Staff were very friendly. Beds and pillows are comfy and room secure. For what we paid cannt ask for much more

Only potential issue, and it could have been us, but we couldn't get hot water out of the shower, although there was hot in the taps.

We only needed to sleep after a long flight and arrived late so it was perfect for this. Very close to the airport

The rooms are very basic so we wouldn’t want to spend much time there but good to just sleep.

Location, Cleanliness and dealing of staff were nice

Nothing!

Clean rooms, localisation, Staff

Missing hot water under shower ( hot water was available but only from faucet)

Breakfast was not served, but near by good restaurants were there. Very +ve is , it is near by Airport.

Bath room could be improved and and room also beautify.

Close to airport, free airport shuttle, helpful staff.Comfortable bed with proper linen, black out curtains and a kettle were nice touches.

Awful wifi, too unstable to use! Staff could not fix, it goes on and then immediately off again continually.Shower was unusable, an ancient shower head was clogged so only a few jets worked, then just cold water, not hot as promised, I am used to cold water in India but if hot water is offered it should actually work please.Room was so small it was hard to sort my luggage.Nowhere to refill a water bottle, the only place I stayed in India without free drinking water access and only two small bottles provided in room.

It was closer to the airport , it was good for the price and stay for few hours is okay

Rooms were not what is shown on website, , bedding was dirty . Traffic noise all night long

Comfortable room. Breakfast not provided. But good cafes nearby.Courtesy drop off at the airport was helpful

The hot water was tepid and I was looking forward to a hot shower.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Great location for the airport and a free transfer to the terminal. Quite, comfortable and clean room.

The beds are very comfortable and rooms are very clean

Water pressure from the shower was very poor and the toilet flooring is a bit slippery.

Proximity to the airport was great. Lovely restaurant right next door. Jiben the Duty manager was most obliging. Airport shuttle was quick and fuss free.

Slippery bathroom floor after showering.

It’s very close to the airport and has some eating places close by. Clean and comfortable too !

Very Small Room , very noisy,, Could not sleep whole night., Staff were not very helpful

Location only as being near the airport.

Value for money. Location was good as it was quite near to the airport.

The noise of other rooms could be heard in our room. The air conditioner was noisy.
